retirement

Delegates will learn

  • How to recognise any need for adjustments to beliefs and values in order to attain the best
  • How to activate the best resources and outcomes
  • That retirement is what you choose it to be
Style

This 1-day workshop has been designed using NLP, Career Counselling and Accelerated Learning techniques.  It will provide a useful basis for anyone approaching retirement and will allow them to look at the future in a different way.  Individuals facing retirement may still want to continue to work in some capacity, whether part time, paid or voluntary.  Others may be seeking a better balance in their life, between work and family or having time for their own personal growth.  We evaluate each option against objective criteria and help individuals to overcome "blocks" to achieving goals.  Individuals will have a clearer sense of direction, a sound plan of action and confidence to take the next steps.
